Peru, for those who sell the trip

Magistrar operates all of Peru with its own in-country office and the same approach it applies in Argentina: tailor-made luxury travel for agencies and tour operators that need a ground handler that answers fast and solves problems on the ground.

Peru combines three worlds within a few hours' flight: the Pacific desert coast, the Andes (Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Titicaca) and the Amazon rainforest. Sequencing altitude, domestic flights and trains well is what separates a great trip from an exhausting one.

Questions about Peru

Which destinations in Peru does Magistrar operate?

All of Peru: Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, Puno and Lake Titicaca, Arequipa and Colca Canyon, Paracas, Ica and Nazca, the north coast and the Amazon (Iquitos and Tambopata).

How is the Amazon combined with Cusco?

Puerto Maldonado is a short flight from Cusco, so Tambopata is usually added before or after the Andean circuit.

Do travelers need to acclimatize for Cusco?

It's advisable. Cusco is at about 3,400 meters; starting in the lower Sacred Valley and keeping the first day easy helps prevent altitude sickness.
